Trends Reports

Call Volume Trends Shows how the number of quitline callers changes over time – by day, month, or year.

Demographic Trends Shows changes in caller characteristics over time – by month or by year. Eight separate single-page trends reports can be produced, including race, Hispanic/Latino ethnicity, age, gender, pregnancy status, caller type, service requested, and source of call.

Quitline Outcomes Presents quit rates, medication use, and caller satisfaction collected seven months following registration with the Quitline.

Quitline Callers vs. BRFSS: A Comparison of Quitline Callers to State Tobacco Users Compares the demographic characteristics of Quitline registrants to adult tobacco users in the state of Florida (BRFSS 2008).

Quitline Reach Report Presents the promotional reach of the Florida Quitline, statewide and by county, region and DMA. Reach is defined as the proportion of all adult smokers in the state of Florida who call the Quitline.

Custom Queries

The query facility allows users to create their own custom reports. Select which groups of quitline callers will appear in the report by specifying up to seven filter items. The report will display either a frequency table of one caller characteristic, or a crosstabulation of two caller characteristics.
